1. Promotes Your Brother's Good (vv. 1-4)

  • God's holy people gather for worship, needing to be reminded to love one another.
  • God shows us constant reminders of holiness in gathered worship to love one another.
  • Promote the unity of the covenant community (through participating in the ordinances) by doing good to our neighbor and promoting life and holiness.
