Things to pack:
- Clothes for church on Sunday morning
- Outdoor clothes
- Closed-toe shoes (for hiking and other outdoor activities)
- Clothes to sleep in
- Rain jacket
- Bible, pencil/pen
- Money for camp store
- Sleeping bag/sheets and pillows
- Towels, washcloths, toiletries
- Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc.
- Permission form (CrossRoads and SBC) and copy of insurance
- Medications (parents, inform youth leaders of any regular medications)
- Sunscreen and bug spray
- Flashlight
- Reusable water bottle (if desired)
- Face mask
- Hand sanitizer
Things not to pack: Bluetooth speakers, radios, CD or DVD players, matches, lighters, gaming devices, inappropriate clothing, drug paraphernalia (obviously).
Cell Phone Policy: Cell phones need to be turned in to a leader or put in the community charging station during non-recreational times. This includes during the lessons, meal times, and before lights out. Leaders reserve the right to take cell phones from those using them during these times. Parents, if you need to get in touch with your child, please call the CrossRoads main office first because there is very little cell-phone reception. Numbers are provided below.
